Stumbled across this video on www.potpiegirl.com whilst seacrhing for some Squidoo tips and it's actually a very nice introduction into what basic SEO means and how to get your site found by Google. Now there's nothing new in here, it just reiterates the points that you need to consider the keywords, put them on your site, build links and ultimately write original, interesting content.
It's all stuff that we know and use here but Matt puts it across in a very eloquent way and makes it clear that there are no mysteries or tricks to it, it's all common sense really.
